The Winners Club is a digital course that teaches how to create AI influencers and use them for content creation, marketing, affiliate marketing, paid promotions, and related online business activities. The course is delivered electronically through an online learning platform after payment.
By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The course price is shown on the checkout page. Payment is due immediately at purchase. Access is granted after payment is received, and login details are sent to the email you provide at checkout.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course content with no recurring fees.
The course is sold to adults 18 years of age or older.
The Winners Club is digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law, including the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).
All sales are final. Because access is digital and granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not offered.
If you cannot access the course due to a technical issue, contact contact@thewinners.club and we will restore access.
The Winners Club is educational content. We teach the system; you put it into action.
Buying the course does not automatically deposit money in your bank account. Apply what you learn and results follow. Don't, and they won't. The course is a tool, not a magic pill.
Members may participate in the affiliate program operated through our course platform. Affiliates earn 50% commission on sales they refer.
Commissions are held for 30 days from the date of sale and paid out monthly. No commission is paid on refunded, charged-back, or otherwise reversed transactions.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, disclosure, and anti-spam laws in their jurisdiction, including FTC endorsement guidelines where applicable. Affiliates may not make unauthorized earnings claims or guarantee results on our behalf.
The course is licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, scrape, or publish the course content or your login access. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you breach these terms, share access, or use the course unlawfully.
Prices may be shown excluding VAT or sales tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. Payment card details are handled directly by these providers.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. If we later introduce new pricing models or product variants, this does not affect access already paid for under prior terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence.
