How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
When you buy and use The Winners Club, we collect identity data such as your name, email address, and billing country, along with transaction data including purchase history, order details, and payment status.
We also collect account data such as login credentials, course progress, and affiliate tracking data, plus technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics.
If you contact us, we keep the communications you send, including messages, emails, and support requests.
We do not collect payment card details directly. Card data is handled by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) under their own privacy policies.
We process your personal data to deliver course access and account management, process payments and issue receipts, calculate and remit applicable taxes, and meet accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We also use your data to prevent fraud and protect account security, send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets, send marketing emails where you have consented or where legally permitted, respond to your inquiries, and improve the course and our services through analytics.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on several legal bases. We process data for contract performance, to deliver the course you purchased; for legal obligations such as tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements; for legitimate interest, to prevent fraud, improve our services, and communicate with customers; and for consent, where you have given it for marketing communications or optional features.
You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate The Winners Club, including course hosting and learning management platforms, payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, email delivery services, analytics providers, and accounting and tax service providers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account and course access data is retained for the duration of your membership and a reasonable period afterward. Transaction records are retained for at least 7 years to meet Swedish accounting and tax requirements. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Support communications are retained for as long as needed to resolve issues and for legal record-keeping.
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR. You can request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
You can also request that we restrict how we process your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, and withdraw any consent you previously gave.

If you are located in California, you have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect about you, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The Winners Club is sold to adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us at contact@thewinners.club and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting the data and revoking access without refund.
Our site and course platform use cookies and similar technologies to enable essential functions, remember your preferences, and analyze how the site is used.
